“I was visiting Minneapolis from out of town. The first day I was here my glasses broke. I arrived at Moss Optical 30 minutes before closing time. The two women behind the counter were so very friendly and nice. They repaired my glasses And when they were finished, I asked them how much I owed them and they said nothing. They were actually going to let me walk out of there without paying anything! I gave them a cash tip for so patiently and sweetly helping me. While I was waiting, they also recommended several different eyeglass frames to me. Every pair they selected for me looked great so not only does Moss Optical have a store full of very stylish, good looking frames, but they also employ some of the nicest people I have ever met. “While visiting my sister in Minneapolis (I’m from out of state) I started to experience a reoccurring health issue-an ulcer on my cornea. It came on quickly and was extremely painful and of course-after hours. I left a message with Dr. Nichols after hours line and within 15 minutes they text me and said they could fit me in first thing in the morning.

Staff were extremely friendly, sensitive and aware of my issue when I walked in. Dr. Nichols was swift to look at my eye, prescribe me the med I needed and have me back on my way all within less than an hour. They followed up to make sure I had what I needed from the pharmacy and got me in for a follow up the next day -first thing in the a.m. again - to ensure the med was doing what it needed to.

Eye pain is no joke and Dr. Nichols clearly valued and understood that and treated me with great respect. If I lived in Minneapolis I would make her my regular eye care provider. 11/10 would recommend to anyone. Thank you!“
