I had a great experience after my first visit and liked how my teeth were cleaned. I appreciated the modern technology as well. Friendly and helpful staff, but did not give 5 stars because I did not see people who looked like me. I hope their staff becomes more diverse the next time I visit.
Just an exceptional practice. I can't believe I lived in the area for ten years (and had numerous bad experiences at other dentists) before I came here! Dr. Jakubas is so kind and gentle, and she's pretty conservative in the treatment she recommends; they won't try to upsell you on treatments you don't need which certain corporate chain practices will. Speaking of Dr. Joan, you can tell she and her able assistant Allison have worked together for years because they just effortless communicate while working on your teeth. I got disturbing and unexpected news at my recent cleaning, but left feeling cared about, with some good plans in place for oral surgery, and I always appreciate the personal care and concern this staff gives each patient!
