Had a wonderful experience with Melissa yesterday when she came to replace our locks and make keys. This was an old house with a difficult and ill-fitting mortise lock. This lock shop was recommended to me and I am so glad it was. I brought in an old lock that I had restored myself and they treated it with the same level of care I had already poured into it. Not only did they get it working again they also made a key for it which I never had to begin with.

I came in with a complex problem with my front door hardware and John walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix it and there wasn't even a charge. Definitely go go here if you have any locksmith needs!
