EDITED: Had a great conversation with the owner, Dave, who was very attentive with a strong desire to do right by his customer base. We talked through the disconnect and came to a resolution that we were both happy about. I am changing my review to 4 stars and will give them a chance to earn the 5th with a future cleaning. Yes, I will give them another opportunity based on this conversation. I do want to leave the context of my review below, as I think it is important for customers to be aware of pricing ahead of time. Mill City Cleaning did an AMAZING job of cleaning my house thoroughly after I moved out. The lucky buyer of my house received it probably cleaner than it has ever been. This was the first time my wife and I used a cleaning company to do a move out cleaning at our rental home, and we are so glad we went with Mill City Cleaning.
