Woke up to a short circuit and burned wire in our AC unit. Called right away and within 1.5 hrs a technician was at the house. Seth quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Excellent service and response time, even working to accommodate our busy schedule.
Midland Heating & Cooling has been great to work with! They were very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right unit for my home. They installed a top of the line Bosch invertor heat pump system along with a erv ventilator, humidifier and uv air purifier. I am very please with the quality of their work. Their after install service has also been great to change some additional settings to further improve the dehumidification performance during the summer. I would highly recommend working with the Midland team- Todd, Lonny, Jeff... as well as their office staff that register and applied for rebates on my behalf. Excellent customer service!
