My kids are 12 and 10 years old. I’ve been bringing them here to see Dr. Shamsi since they were babies. Dr. Shamsi used to be very attentive and thorough. The last five visits or so with Dr. Shamsi was horrible. She talks over you, half listens and is rushing all the time. Sadly this past visit will be my last time bringing my children to Dr. Shamsi. Her level of care has gone way down.
We recently moved here from out of state. I first were met by a great friendly staff. They were all engaging and helpful. I then met with Dr. Delaney Elsner. What a super nice and wonderful person! I am extremely happy to have established my primary health care here!
Above-and-beyond promptness throughout my entire visit. Not a minute of my time was wasted! Every single staff member I encountered excelled with professionalism, competence, and kindness. I was called back within mere minutes of getting to the clinic for my appointment as a brand new patient. The wait for Dr. Salim was also very brief, so I am very impressed with the schedule management. I was also able to go practically straight from the exam room to the lab. I sat and waited for hardly a minute before I was taken back for my blood draw and other testing. Very pleased to have been helped by a talented phlebotomist as well!
