M Health Fairview Clinic - Brooklyn Park

Deserve zero star. Had an eye exam at the eye clinic and will be the last time there. The Dr is good but the 2 old guys behind the desk are really rude and unprofessional. One said he would help me but he can't so he handed my prescription to the other guy and he pointed at glasses to look for and that I would have to cover for everything. I walked away confused because I normally never have to cover for everything so I walked back and ask and he looked in the computer and said ok it's covered then point at where I should look for glasses. I made an appointment with my provider a month in advance, but because I arrived 2 minutes late the lady at the front desk wouldn't check me in. She made me sit and wait 25 minutes while she helped everyone else who walked in the door after me, while she ignored me. She said she was waiting for a response from their team. We'll it's too late now, you could've checked me in at 2 minutes late. Now you've made me 25 minutes late and wasted my time because of your hatred and ignorance. Words cannot express how bad this place is. We are witnessing the fall of the Healthcare system in real time and it isn't due to technology, it's because of human failure.
No where else will you find ruder receptionists and nurses alongside doctors who couldn't care less about you. Horrible humans working here, i felt hated last i came here, and that sounds ridiculous but it's undeniable how much of an inconvenience a patient is to them, even though I was the 2nd patient car in the parkinglot on a slow day the last time i came in.
