Load Bearing Wall has been so helpful in coming out to asses the needs of our new to us, old house. Our home started as a little 1900s cottage that’s been added onto many times over the years. The result was a maze of small, dark, closed-off rooms and very little flow. When we realized the second story wasn't properly supported, we called The Load Bearing Wall Company, and they were incredible from start to finish.
The crew ended up installing 8 steel beams and several headers, opening up our main living spaces so our house has better flow and so much more natural light.
