Justin came out to assist with an hvac issue where my whole system was wobbling and pounding. Really unsettling. Justin made time for me quickly and when he was running a little late he texted me right away. He was courteous and efficient, effectively remediating the issue pretty quick and patiently answering my many questions. My home warranty company had difficulty finding a service provider to take the job. Thankfully Kyrios took it on and I’m so glad they did. It was the first time I’ve been matched with a great service provider through said warranty service. Should I ever need anyone in the future I’ll definitely ask for him!
