Throughout the design and build they were always very transparent about options (and associated expenses), and they were also extremely responsive to feedback and suggestions. I must also commend their patience and flexibility in working with the idiosyncrasies of our decades-old house. The end product exceeds our expectations, and has added significant value to our home.
