Brought my favorite boots (10 years old) in and got new soles, heels and a polish for less than 1/3 of the price of new ones and they look fantastic. Have had other shoes re-heeled and repaired here. Always very satisfied.

Amazing service, high quality work and extremely affordable!! I called JT Shoe Repair and explained I needed a pair of high heels fixed for a family funeral. JT told me to come in that same day. He fixed my heels on the spot!! The owner was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Found JTs based on Google reviews, walked in with my fiance without calling ahead. Was greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly! Showed him my leather coach purse that needed a small repair. The magnetic snap closure came out of the stitching. I was fully prepared to drop off my purse and leave it for a few days. The owner said " no problem, I can get this fixed right up in no time. It will only take a few minutes right here on this machine. You can watch as I do the repair." I was so happy with how quick and efficient he was and the excellent quality of his work! He replaced the simple cotton thread with nylon thread and reassured me I will never have an issue...read full review
