After being stranded by Delta in Minneapolis, we finally came across Hotel Ivy through our Hilton Honors club. We arrived shortly before midnight, as we did not want to spend another night on the airport floor, and the staff was very accommodating and kind. The next morning, we were greeted by the GM, Mark. He, too, was very kind and understanding. The hotel itself is lovely and comfortable.
This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! Everyone at the hotel was incredible and the kindness they exude is second to none! I would like to mention the front desk in particular. Daniel, David and Kaysee went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Kaysee was so incredibly thoughtful and sweet and sent up some treats for my son after his competition. It was just such an incredible experience and we cannot wait to come back with the whole family. The location was so convenient to the convention center and to explore the sights and culinary delights of the city! Thank you guys so much!
Weekend friends getaway for our mothers day and my birthday splurge and spa day. It was amazing. Absolutely 10/10 would recommend. Everything from the moment we arrived was personalized and luxurious. Felt like a home away from home. They really roll out the red carpet for you here! Anda spa was blissful. We're making this an annual trip!
