Dr. Shona is very friendly, accommodated, and understanding. The foot leveler insoles are very comfortable and help a lot with my foot pain, so I can go for long walk/hike again without pain. She’s also a very good chiropractor. I’d highly recommend her and the insoles.

Dr. Shona is the best. She has been incredible in helping me heal & recover from the worst injury of my life. Debilitating sacrum, SI joint & sciatic issues had me feeling broken. Her expertise, adjustments, laser therapy & tips for recovery & rehab in my own time have gotten me back to a high quality of life free of pain. Endlessly thankful for everything she's done. I have gone to Dr. Shona for 10 years and now she is treating me AND my new baby!For me, I have had shoulder and neck and low back issues ever since my teenage years, and anytime something starts hurting, I can easily book an appointment with her and I'm generally feeling much better after a couple of treatments. I never feel pressured to do more treatments than necessary, and Dr Shona is very professional and friendly and has fantastic expertise.She also treats infants!
