This space loses my credibility after Gadu refused to even acknowledge that his butoh teacher Rhizome Lee could have confessed to 8 of us in Dharamsala how he is a 1. a pedophile and 2. acted upon this. He only passed it off as Lee having bad English, then told me to never contact him ever again. A red flag move, and supposedly he is also working with children. I won't ever be quiet about this so long as the space in Dharamsala is still open. Neither will many others.
Caution with this teacher: Gadu is a student of Rhizome Lee. Rhizome Lee recently confessed to a whole group of students of being a pedophile and child molester. When I told this news to Gadu via email, he only denied it and said that Lee has "bad English," then told me to not contact him anymore. This is a red flag and someone who obviously is sticking up for his master. There were 3 victims, one was as young as 5 years old when the abuse began. I won't stop spreading the word because child sexual abuse should never be kept silent. The authorities in Dharamsala, India have all been notified, but unfortunately, the school is set to re-open in December.... read full review
Referred by a friend, I have found tao shiatsu to be gentle and effective in helping to rebalance my stressed muscles and tendons. It has released a sensation of stuck chi and opened the meridians in my legs. A clothed technique, pressure applied without lotions or oils, regular treatments continue to allow my body to recover from stressful physical work. Gadu is an intuitive practitioner who integrates his experience with Qigong and Butoh and his extensive dance performance history. He provides quality bodywork for all budgets.
