“Wish I would have found this place sooner! I’m never 100% happy with any haircuts I get, and I usually say it’s great and sit in my car and cry. This was definitely not the case today.
I booked with Trae after having this salon recommended to me and read the online reviews. I usually have a photo with me, but I just told them what I wanted and showed them uneven parts of my hair that I wasn’t sure could be fixed, but hoped maybe it could at least look better than it currently did.
They knew exactly what I was saying and did exactly what I had envisioned in my head. They even asked and made sure that I was ok with the amount of length I asked to get cut off, which I was like wow, no one has ever double checked with me to make sure I wouldn’t regret cutting off a few inches before. It’s a simple question, but I have to say I really appreciated them making sure that I was sure. The conversation was great and didn’t seem like a strained or awkward one that usually happens when I’m getting my hair done.
Anyways, to make this very long winded review a little shorter, I walked out with an amazing haircut that I felt confident with and looks incredible and definitely did not sit in my car and cry!

When my daughter got to see her hair in the mirror just now, she squealed and jumped up for excited hugs because of how beautiful she felt. “I have had a lot of negative experiences in the past with locticians pulling out my hair with combs and damaging techniques. I reached out to Danielle and I asked her questions to ‘vet’ her. She was open and receptive to all of my questions. She was really knowledgeable. She retwisted my hair and I haven’t see my locs look so good in years! I was elated. The only downside is that I was there way longer than I anticipated. She was kind enough to explain why the appointment took so long, but time is precious. If you are in a time crunch, I’d try to schedule a weekday appointment since she’s able to work faster then.“

“Really nice atmosphere. Clean and quite. I wanted a little bit bigger braids but I'm comfortable with the style that was given. Yes the price of braids have become quite expensive but I don't mind paying more if my style is done right and I don't have a lot of hassle. I recommend this shop and will definitely be returning.

Hattie has done absolutely amazing with my hair both times, and im going to be a forever returning customer! great selection of products, and the place was very clean. my only issue was the choice of lighting, the harsh yellow lights really effected the way my hair looked as an end result, and created a unflattering cast over everyone’s faces. i hope that they can work to solve this issue and create a better visual for all of those involved!! 10/10 would recommend coming here :).“

“I came in as a walk in, it was pretty quick service. I had Nina do my nails. It was affordable at 50$.

I did the dip powder nails. I love them. Got so many compliments.

The place is clean. They throw away every buffer and nail file that they use.
10/10 for cleanliness.

Update: if you keep dip powder nails on for 3 weeks, expect sensitive nail beds. Whew. It was painfully hot in the area when she was using the electric nail buffer/file.
