“Booked an appointment online pretty easily, and though I was not able to see the stylist I was originally scheduled to see, I was rebooked for the following day. It’s a fun and eclectic feel once you’re inside, courteous staff and it felt pretty inclusive in terms of staff having knowledge of all hair types and textures. I wish they did more to fight the pink tax though. Would highly recommend. There are plenty of parking options, and the nursery next door is a must see.“

“Each time I have had an appointment at this salon, I have never left disappointed. I have always received an outstanding cut and/or color. The staff are fantastic at their craft and if the owner is present during your appointment time, you will likely receive extra hospitality and an entertaining conversation. “So happy with the haircut I got here !! I have coarse Asian hair and this is one of the few times a hair stylist complimented the thickness of my hair rather than complained. She clearly has worked with different Asian hair types. She cut it so quickly and efficiently. I showed her a picture and she cut it just the way I wanted it. I love the way it looks when I style it and the layers are also great when my hair is straight as well. It’s a great price and I can tell how passionate she is about her job. “I go to salon gold to get my haircut and recently dyed as well. I go for Sarah, a hairdresser and she does a wonderful job each time. Recently I had her bleach my hair and she was able to lift my hair from a 4 to a 10 in 2 hours as well as trim it. Needless to say it turned out great and I am very happy with my results. I never felt discomfort in the salon and there is always some friendly chatter.“

Whether it be a haircut, foil, or free bang trim in between cuts, I always feel like I'm at home in this private little gem of a salon! I was suffering from some pretty gnarly psoriasis on my scalp and Leisa suggested a specific shampoo, showed me how to use it for best results and to maximize my supply. I am so happy to say I have been CURED of the itchy, flakey, crusty scalp, and won't use any other product or salon!!“

I think someone asked how much a men's cut is: $30 (a bit on the medium end for me), $10 for a shampoo. Credit fees have gone up for retailers, so they prefer cash. Karina cut my hair and I was surprised that she had adjustable metal clippers for the short side length. I was very satisfied with my cut. Both were really friendly and talkative. I would definitely go back.“
