This was my first time going to a different stylist so I was a little nervous but Brigitte worked well with my crazy thick hair and gave me exactly what I asked for. She was very relaxed and personable and I would recommend her to friends and family.

Requested style: I requested to clean up my bangs and blend my layers into a short bob and Brigitte did exactly that.“

“Booked an appointment online pretty easily, and though I was not able to see the stylist I was originally scheduled to see, I was rebooked for the following day. It’s a fun and eclectic feel once you’re inside, courteous staff and it felt pretty inclusive in terms of staff having knowledge of all hair types and textures. I wish they did more to fight the pink tax though. Would highly recommend. There are plenty of parking options, and the nursery next door is a must see.“

He gets the VIP treatment from Lethal Leisa, she goes above and beyond to make his experience super awesome! She does incredible Rock and Roll makeovers on his hair. Leisa and Jennifer and Stephanie are the best team and so much fun to hang out with. Ian has gotten so much attention and compliments on his hair since Leisa has been his hairdresser and his self-esteem and confidence has been super healthy. “Each time I have had an appointment at this salon, I have never left disappointed. I have always received an outstanding cut and/or color. The staff are fantastic at their craft and if the owner is present during your appointment time, you will likely receive extra hospitality and an entertaining conversation. I would suggest to plan ahead for appointments, they book up quick for obvious reasons

My last appointment was with Aileen, she was an absolute delight through the approximately 137 microfoils she gave me back in September 2022“

“So happy with the haircut I got here !! I have coarse Asian hair and this is one of the few times a hair stylist complimented the thickness of my hair rather than complained. She clearly has worked with different Asian hair types. She cut it so quickly and efficiently. I showed her a picture and she cut it just the way I wanted it. I love the way it looks when I style it and the layers are also great when my hair is straight as well. It’s a great price and I can tell how passionate she is about her job. “I thought I could walk-in but was told they do not take them. Nonetheless, was able to get in in an hour and a half. Very accommodating. I think someone asked how much a men's cut is: $30 (a bit on the medium end for me), $10 for a shampoo. Credit fees have gone up for retailers, so they prefer cash. Karina cut my hair and I was surprised that she had adjustable metal clippers for the short side length. I was very satisfied with my cut. Both were really friendly and talkative. I would definitely go back.“

“I go to salon gold to get my haircut and recently dyed as well. I go for Sarah, a hairdresser and she does a wonderful job each time. Recently I had her bleach my hair and she was able to lift my hair from a 4 to a 10 in 2 hours as well as trim it. Needless to say it turned out great and I am very happy with my results. I never felt discomfort in the salon and there is always some friendly chatter.“
