Excellent clinic! Wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Dr. Esse, is very knowledgeable Doctor. He is great with his patients and spends as much time as needed with you to get all questions answered. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and their wellbeing. so, I highly recommend this clinic.
The doctor was very professional and listened to my concerns. He helped get rid of symptoms I have had for long. I'm grateful for the excellent service I received. I am highly satisfied.
The two girls that answer the phones are very unprofessional. I’ve called multiple times to schedule an appointment and they’ve just told me to come in as a walk in. When I tried to schedule for an urgent need, they were telling me to wait for my doctor who isn’t in for another week although I can meet with a different doctor. I told them I need urgent care and they were just telling me to wait for my doctor although that’s not necessary. I just wanted a checkup on stopping medications and how it could affect me. I also needed a referral for my Thyroid since I was having issues. They just kept telling me to wait and the girl goes “Oh we’ll still take you although you’ve had a lot of no shows...” I notified her that I was only suggested to come as a walk-in since apparently each time I call my doctor isn’t in or overbooked. She goes “I’m very familiar with your case” in a sarcastic manner and proceeds to telling me I’ve had multiple no shows. It begs the question as to whether or no there’s some illegal Billings going on because there was no appointments I’ve made AT ALL. Dr Nimo is an alright doctor and was trying her best to listen and work with me and get me the help I need but it’s unfortunate but I would rather switch to some other doctors then work with a place in which there’s questionable activities going on. I wanted to support my Somali brothers and sisters and their businesses but this is just ridiculous. Gargar means Urgent and I definitely was being sidelined when I needed urgent care. To the owners of Gargar.. look into those ladies working answering your phones because they do have poor customer service. I have experienced several times I’ve called and one girl would hang up and I’d call again and another would pick up. Apparently some people don’t understand medical issues and clients actually contacting to get the help they need. Get it together folks
