I've been going to this chiro for years and they are top notch. Both founding doc Mike Shinder or Alec Thune provide first class care. Also a shout out to office manager Hennie who is very nice and helpful in addition to keeping the "trains running on time". Would highly recommend this chiro practice!

I had my first ever adjustment at Four Seasons and was really nervous. Dr. Alec was super kind and explained everything he was doing to help me relax. I feel 10 years younger today! Thanks Alec!

I injured my back and did not know in which direction to go. I called the nearest chiropractor to me and was able to get in the same day and get immediate relief and direction on what to do to heal from Dr. Shinder, best doctor in town!

Dr. Michael Shinder has been in practice for 31 years. He is a graduate and an associate clinic faculty member of Northwestern Health Sciences University. He has been cited for numerous awards, including Top Chiropractors in Minnesota. He worked as one of the treating chiropractors for the Minnesota Vikings and the senior PGA tour. Dr. Shinder is married to his lovely wife Sylvia and has two boys. He is an avid golfer, and a youth football and baseball coach.
