I recently switched dentists and started coming here. I'm so glad I did. I've been here twice now, and I will never go anywhere else for as long as I'm living in Minneapolis.
First of all, I'm queer, and they have been very queer-friendly. (I know I always like to know that info first when I'm reading a review.)
Secondly, I had four fillings done this morning, and I'm not kidding when I say that it's the best dental work experience I've ever had. Dr. Andrea Newton is incredible. She told me exactly what she was doing as she did it, didn't surprise me with any pain or loud noises, and let me take breaks as needed. She was kind and wonderful. Also- the least...read full review
I have enormous anxiety about going to the dentist, particularly of needles and pointy things being shoved in my mouth. The dentists and hygienists at FDC are so compassionate and gentle, and I started going to them because they were just across the street from where I lived but now we continue to drive in even though we moved to Minnetonka. If that's not enough, we are moving to Sweden but STILL planning our flights back to the US based on our dental appointments because they are just THAT GOOD (and I'm that big of a wimp). I really can't even imagine going anywhere else and receiving the kind of care that I do here.
I was so impressed by the overall environment this team cultivates. My recent visit as a new patient went so well and I am optimistic about continuing to get my dental care with them.
