Had Evgeny (sorry if that name isn't spelled right) come out to look at our dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He is very responsive and keeps good contact throughout the process. He knows his stuff pretty well.

First off I will give props to Yelp Project! First time I got to use it, and it worked quite well.Last week my Dishwasher wouldn't drain. After many attempts to resolve the issue, I couldn't figure out the issue. I went on Yelp to look for somebody to do the work and set up a work request on Yelp Project. I honestly wasn't expecting any responses until Monday since I wouldn't think anybody would be working on the weekend.Lo and behold, E&A responded with an initial quote and mentioned we could get this resolved Tuesday. Totally surprised by the quick turnaround.Today came around, and the representative showed up in the appropriate time slot. Evgenii was super personable, located the issue, explained what the issue was and fixed the issue, double-checked for any leaks, and was on his way. The price to do the work was very much a reasonable ask, in fact, I would say less expensive than what I was expecting to pay. Also to note: E&A does pretty much any appliance repair with the exception of refrigerators. I have E&A in my contacts and going forward, they will be the first company I will be calling if I ever need an appliance serviced. This is a small owner-operator organization, and I encourage you to support our small businesses in our community!Well done E&A!!

Evgeni was amazing. He worked through the problem we had with our microwave until it was fixed. We asked him to come back to check the microwave as it seemed as though the part he installed a week or two previously did not seem to be working properly. He replaced that part and when it did not seem to be working as it should he had another of the parts with him and he installed it. He could have easily just called it good but he worked through it until the microwave worked properly. We would not hesitate to use him again.Service: Microwave repair
