Horrible experience. Dr. Van Sloane was very nice but everything else about the experience was HORRENDOUS. I scheduled a routine visit and gave this info along with my insurance info to the person scheduling the appointment. She did not tell me that they are not a primary care clinic nor that they would not bill my insurance. At my appointment, the receptionist did NOT tell me that they would not bill my insurance until AFTER my appointment. In the middle of my appointment, Dr. Van Sloane informed me that she is not a primary care provider and could not do the routine physical I had scheduled.
