Wow! What a teacher Lois is. She gives personal attention and she knows how to lead and follow, which is so helpful. Lois goes to Argentina every year to dance and teach, and she takes students with her so they can dance at authentic milongas! She is active in the community and arranges alot of events in the cities.

Lois is magnificent! She’s a purest in her teaching of tango as a four way improvisational conversation blending the leader, the follower, the music, and the floor. Her approach is wholistic and nuanced, rooted in the close embrace, never rote, nor numerical.
As a leader, i love how she emphasizes that too much salt and pepper ruins the steak, giving freedom to focus on development of exquisite fundamentals and musical artistry. Yet the possibility of advanced combinations are available as well.
Classes are fun and inviting.
