Customer service is first and foremost at Craftsmen. Our first contact was with Jim, to talk about the project and what Craftsmen could do. He was never rushed, never annoyed with our unknowledgeable questions and spent all the time needed so we were comfortable.

We got Hardy siding and locally made windows installed by Craftsmen. Their sales people and installers were incredibly professional and respectful which is so important when you're inviting people into your home for a week. Great communication before during and after a large and impractical home improvement project!
Crafstmen Home Improvements was a wonderful company to work with. The estimate we got was very thorough, and the cost came in very close to the original, given that we were expecting that the roof would need re-decking. Jim came up with a great suggestion for solving our chimney problem that saved us several thousand dollars. As for the actual work - great crew, arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would, cleaned up very nicely and actually left our garage floor cleaner than when they started (thanks, guys!)
