Charles did a fantastic job with my recent re-fi. My former mortgage company wouldn’t do a cash-out refi during COVID because I was self-employed without a “guaranteed income”. Although I had never missed a mortgage payment and have excellent credit, a second lender gave the same answer. Then I talked to Charles. He not only obtained a cash-out refi for me, but somehow was able to negotiate the amount of past tax returns/business bank statement to an amount equal or less than was typically required even before COVID.
