Overall the expirence with Centra was really good. They were building homes in a community and we signed a purchase agreement before construction began. Design phase was well organized. We had access to the property during construction and the work was done very well.Minimal issues when we moved in. Workmanship was very good.We had an issue with an option we choose as it didn't get added. Centra took blame and was able to make it happen after the deadline.Warranty process could use some work. Depending on the issue it can take some time for Warranty follow up. All warranty requests have been completed.

We have lived in our “Dream Home” for almost two years now and love it. Centra homes and our agent did a tremendous job and assisted my wife and I and made it an enjoyable and stress free experience whenever we submitted a work request it was handled quickly and professionally to our satisfaction.
