Christa knew problems area I didn't even realize. After an initial assessment, she explained her suggested treatment before proceeding. Be aware that bodywork is not the same as a spa treatment. She treated problem areas without the "embellishment" so the price was worth the effective session. I didn't feel significantly better right after (like what I had after a spa), but the result has been pain and problem-free on treated areas for a longer period of time (2+ months even). I even forget that I had the problem before after a time.

I’ve been struggling with shoulder pain for the last two years. In one hour Christa was able to relieve my pain and improve my mobility! She is also so warm and friendly, it was a great experience!
