My furnace went out sometime early Saturday morning (before 5:30am). I called Bonfe and they were out here by 11:00am. The tech, Erick, couldn’t have been nicer or more thorough, explaining everything as he went. He even caught what would have led to CO2 leaking into the house, though it wasn’t initially the problem he was looking for! Gave me an honest assessment and laid out my options clearly. Bonfe's plumber / drain clearing service is great! Scheduling was fairly easy. The plumber, Alex Chiconis, and his apprentice came out during the timeframes that I needed them to. They asked me about the problem. They explained what they were going to do me. They cleared what I presume to be a huge clog (it gave my fiance and I severe trouble for 2 days before I called to schedule an appointment with Bonfe) within 1 hour. They were friendly. I really appreciate Bonfe's $99 main drain clearing special of $99 for up to 1 hour of service since the regular price is $250 per hour!!!
