I have been using BEI Exterior Maintenance for the past 2.5/3 years for all projects large or small for the Property Management Company I work for and I couldn't be more impressed. As a property manager, I've worked with BEI on many projects. Very few contractors I work with communicate through a project as well as BEI. The representatives I've worked with have been great about detailing what to expect on the front end as well as explaining any unforeseen problems during a project.
BEI is great to work with. Quick to come out to provide the proposal, and Steve had great communication throughout the project from scheduling, updates and completion. Would definitely use again!
