We've used them twice - once when chipmunks managed to find a way into our home, and a second time when bumblebees nested in our concrete block basement wall.Both times they were prompt, informative, and also less expensive than competitors. We hope we won't need their service again soon, but won't hesitate to use them again if needed. :)

Had a deer mice problem and Dennis quickly found two probable entry points on the exterior siding. After sealing them up he explained how the mice can come and go at will, and to keep some traps out in case some were still in the house and not able to exit. This guy is not only a professional, he is very personable and provided a good outcome to my not-so-good situation. Highly recommend him, but hope I don't need to use him again!
