Brad was AMAZING!! He went over everything that he found with my husband and me and explained it so I could understand it! We got the report that night and I was just amazed! His customer service is truly impeccable and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection! I am so glad we decided to go with ARK!!

Brad completed my condo inspection and did an amazing job! He was so thorough - he noticed all the little things, like missing "knockouts" from the service panel, to all the big things, like the heating and A/C, windows, doors, and structural elements like flooring and cabinetry. He produced the inspection report within 24 hours and it was very clear and thorough.
