I have taken pilates for almost 3 decades. Alota Pilates has been the best studio I have been to. The instructors are outstanding. The studio is very well equipped . Excellent personal instruction and very small classes.

This place is a real gem :) they have great instructors and awesome classes. Don’t be intimidated if you are new. They are so friendly and welcoming. Just shoot them an email to ask for some good class options for you- they are always helpful! Easy parking too. :)

This is the best Pilates studio that I have been. The instructors are amazing and very knowledgeable. The place has a positive energy and is very neat and clean. My posture and body pain improved a lot. When I go to the clases, I have no pain.
