I have only just started going to classes at alchemy, but I have loved every session. Although they focus a lot on strength (and I am a weakling) I have felt so welcomed! The staff are so wonderful and keep you motivated to keep going, even when you'd rather take a break... the space is really cool and there is even a dog sometimes! Overall, 10/10

Love Alchemy! Challenging, but interesting HIIT workouts so things don’t feel monotonous. Friendly coaches and welcoming atmosphere. Modifications are options for tougher movements. I’ve been w. this program for almost 2 years and highly recommend. I’ve never left wishing I hadn’t come.

I tried out a class at Alchemy and upon hearing about the good deal of $50 off a membership, I signed up! The classes are challenging but in a great way! I went to northeast for my first class - Sarah E was the instructor but also greeted me at the front desk and once I mentioned it was my first class, she gave me a tour and answered all my questions. She taught a GREAT class and checked in regularly. She even followed up after class. The environment is fun and fast, the community seems great, and I look forward to continuing at Alchemy!
