Love Alchemy! Challenging, but interesting HIIT workouts so things don’t feel monotonous. Friendly coaches and welcoming atmosphere. Modifications are options for tougher movements. I’ve been w. this program for almost 2 years and highly recommend. I’ve never left wishing I hadn’t come.

I tried out a class at Alchemy and upon hearing about the good deal of $50 off a membership, I signed up! The classes are challenging but in a great way! I went to northeast for my first class - Sarah E was the instructor but also greeted me at the front desk and once I mentioned it was my first class, she gave me a tour and answered all my questions. She taught a GREAT class and checked in regularly. She even followed up after class. The environment is fun and fast, the community seems great, and I look forward to continuing at Alchemy!

I've been attending this gym for a while, and while I feel I'm in the older demographic, it's been a supportive place to get a really good workout. I have a few thoughts about the rigidity of the warm ups/cool downs and wish they gave more permission for people to do what they need to take care of their body.... I just do what I need to anyway. Same gripe with the workouts... when they list "50 pull ups" it doesn't exactly feel inclusive for a beginner- though they try to give modifications, I wish they were more explicitly permissive to folks.To be honest though, the biggest gripe I have is the inconsistent towel supply.
