We haven’t had our carpets cleaned before. We called Mark and he explained what services he could provide for us. We were only planning to do one room but after talking with Mark we decided to clean all the carpets in our home. He was honest and we felt we could trust him. Our older carpet and high traffic areas look amazing. The carpet seems brighter! We are only sorry we waited this long. We will be hiring him to clean our furniture now. Thanks Mark!

Had our wool runner, foyer rug and a chair cleaned today. A really professional and thorough outfit. I'm very pleased. Especially because there's no perfume odor left over from the cleaning. Highly recommend!
