“Everything was ok except that they took too long to attend to me and when i ask why, the reply i got was that the was shortage of staffs on duty that day so that was it . Apart from that they were welcoming nice and easy to talk to“

“Went to MFairview Health Urgent Care in Eagan last night for a painful knee problem. The wait was fairly long but I had learned from a different Urgent Care organization that Urgent Care means that you don't need an appointment--not that they will see you within 10 minutes. The staff were great, especially Dr. Andrea Wojahn, who was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to me, asked great questions to quickly gather needed information, and discussed a plan to help me. And she shared a little bit about herself during the course of all that, which I thought was lovely and relatable. If I ever need to go to an Urgent Care again my choice is easy.“

“I live near another Health Partners but made my way to this location because Urgent Care waiting times were 2-3 hours at the clinic near me. Let's just take care of this minor issue now and make the trip as the Plato Ave locations showed 15-20 minutes waiting. Here's a little trick. If you use Health Partners and want urgent care you can search quickly for "Health Partners Urgent Care Waiting Times". Presto all your answers. This was a pleasant experience as we had warm and efficient service, fairly short waiting time in the little room and out the door. Huge parking lot, so that should not be problem.“
