“I had an excellent experience here. I was a walk-in about an hour before close for a work physical. Most places would be annoyed by this but not here. Everyone was extremely professional and efficient. They got me in and out in no time WITHOUT making me feel rushed. This doesn't happen near the end of the day at most places. The staff was very friendly helpful I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked. Thank you guys for going out of your way to make me feel comfortable at your facility.“

“So thankful to have worked with this team! I struggled with terrible pain in my ribs while pregnant and was able to experience relief through the techniques I was shown. I also had significant tailbone pain after birth and was able to reduce that pain with the exercises I was given. I will definitely be continuing care in the future to get back to running and my regular routine.“

“After hip replacement and dealing with other physical issues, I was literally unable to walk. After meeting with Kayla Tachmann and then with Patrick Kaehler, I am now able to walk without a walker. I continue to meet with Patrick to regain more balance and strength. I am very grateful for both of them and their expertise. I recommend them very highly.“

“Provides professional, cash-based Physical Therapy AND Athletic Performance Coaching, specializing in ACL Rehab and sport performance (mainly soccer, but all sports). Very welcoming and relationship-driven staff and culture/feel. Physical Therapists are personable, and not restricted by big-insurance, so the sessions are ~1 hour, comprehensive, and data/process driven (more like a personal training session rather than a 20min ice and stim session with a student because the PT is too busy to give you any time and doesn''t know your name). You will always get incremental testing and communication along the way, and treated as a person, not treated as an injury or a "customer"Strength & Conditioning Coaches have Master's Degrees in Exercise Physiology, and are nationally certified, and groups are small and each athlete gets a personalized, long term plan built for them. Coaches are fun, high energy, and have decades of experience in professional, collegiate, and private sector training environments, as well as personal training. Each athlete is treated as an individual, not a number in a large group.“

“Visiting Core Lifestyle Clinic has been a great experience for me over the last couple years. The north loop location is very convenient and the clinic itself is modern (aesthetically and in terms of tools/practices they use) and is very welcoming. The admin staff is super friendly and helps with insurance/pricing/scheduling questions easily, they get to know you over time making checking in and out a breeze.Dr. Taylor Meyers has helped me to be able to continue to complete athletically at the high level I need to. As an elite athlete herself, she understands my unique needs and addresses my concerns through treatment and providing steps I can take on my own when I’m not at the clinic. Without a doubt Dr. Meyers expertise and care has extended my ability to play my sport by years, she has earned my trust and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my chiropractic needs.“

“After my ACL surgery in 2022, I consistently worked with Matt and Sam for several months. I went to the downtown location and the Edina office on the rare occasion. They were unbelievably friendly, kind, and attentive. They really care about your health, help you work through challenges, and encourage you to stay on track. The receptionist was also really wonderful and helpful with scheduling. I never had an issue with getting in contact with the office or hearing back. The only reason I stopped coming here was because I moved to the upper east side of St Paul and it was too hard to commute that far while my dog needed extra care.I highly recommend this practice. Matt, Sam, and the staff there are amazing!“

“I hope I can start there as soon as possible the transitional care of that I'm in right now this is lacking highly in this field and also communication and nutrition.I had a wonderful staff at the Alina hospital but I highly doubt this is a facility that will keep me up to the status quo .I will also need to keep very clean hygiene due to open-heart surgery And this place offers one shower a week. They said at the hospital I'm doing so well I'll probably get out of transitional care in an extremely short period of time. It didn't take me long to figure out nobody knows what's going on here and nobody can give you any answers your left in the lurch. I am really looking forward to getting extremely positive outcome Found the courage Kenny rehabilitation center. I am sure they will show me the same professional here as they did in the hospital what a wonderful staff“

“The lobby is very cozy. There is an information desk straight ahead as you walk in. There are elevators to the left. There is a small coffee café and there is a pharmacy to the right. All the doctors I've met here have been amazing. I highly recommend this Clinic.“
