I recently worked with Ryan Johnson from the Mendota Heights, Mn office on an elevator upgrade. He and the crew were amazing. They did an excellent job and met the promised schedule.

Excellent communication, courteous crew, and on-budget projects are just some of the great reasons to use MEI. Having recently completed two full modernizations with them and now utilizing them for annual PM service, I have nothing but accolades for MEI. Wow! Where do I begin. MEI-( Ryan & his team) is the best. Quick to resolve issues and come up with solutions. As a Property Manager renters have no clue how much we value our vendors . Thanks for always answering my text & calls. Thanks for always checking in on me. Cheers to 2023!
