Our realtor gave us one day in order to get our hot water heater inspected to align with inspection findings. Another larger plumbing service cancelled on us day of. Janecky was put into a similar situation where they were busier than expected. Instead of insisting on a later date, they listened to my situation and incredibly got someone out still in order to get the inspection deadline met.

Dave Mezzenga of Janecky Plumbing installed my water heater a few years back, did a great job, so I called Janecky again when I needed help with a leaky shut off valve and hose spigots that I could not get the hoses off of. Dave also said that one of the valves I was worried about didn't need replacement, saving me hundreds of dollars. Dave is a GREAT plumber, treats me like I like to be treated, does excellent work, and I simply won't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs, cuz I gotta guy in Dave that I trust explicitly. Water heater broke. It was time, over 20 years old. But happened on a Friday and Janecky was here first thing Monday morning. When I called around contractors on Friday, Janecky was empathetic to not having hot water, promised the quickest turnaround time (Monday morning) and had the most competitive pricing. My wife and I were excited with the value; best pricing and most urgency. Dave was super easy to work with and straight to the point. Once the crew arrived, they were super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick, yet thorough. So happy with the experience and happy to have hot water again. 100% satisfaction and I highly recommend.
