They have put me in an excellent shop and as a traveling brake operator I am making excellent money. My recruiter Jenna Jacob's has also been wonderful. Because of my experience level my recruiter gave me the advice to push for top dollar for the position and I got it.

I did not end up accepting a placement, but there was plenty of opportunity and my recruiter (Tyler) worked really hard to find me matches. My recruiter was very positive, professional and communicated with me often. He matched me with positions that I wouldn't of realized how well they fit my skills. Aerotek knows their stuff. If I am in need of a job again, I will surely contact them first.

My first experience was phenomenal I had a great recruiter (Maddie). She checked up on me often and brought me lunch or coffee here and there. My second experience was not the best. I had this lady Paige? I think her name was can’t even remember. She was highly unprofessional and honestly just rude. I was sad to see Maddie had left so I turned to a different temp because I will not waste my time with anyone else. My second experience was that bad. :/
