They are clearly incompetent and attempt to scam people. Do not hire thus company despite the reviews.I had them cone out and take a look at my boiler because some radiators weren't working. They noted the pressure was too low and said it was because my tank was water logged. They then proceeded to try to sell me a replacement for several thousand dollars. Well I had a different contractor come out and the solution was as simple as adding more water to the boiler which makes complete sense. What took us so long? Brian helped us assess our current situation, solved our issue and future expectations with our HVAC. Thanks for taking such good care - very transparent and professional to give us peace of mind.
These guys were great! They came right away when others couldn't for 3-4 days and prices were half what others were charging. We will for sure call them again if need be in the future.
