“Kevin's customer service was exceptional! At midnight, he talked me through what to do to keep the pipes from freezing and provided the option of coming to the house. I decided to wait, and he repaired the furnace right away this morning. He was very professional, informative, and helpful. Update- about a year later, the igniter stopped working, and I questioned whether the 20 year old furnace needed to be replaced. The technician repaired a minor issue and indicated there is still life in the furnace. As before, service was honest, timely, and professional.
