Wonderful place and wonderful staff.

This was my first time at Shopko Optical and this business has now gained a lifelong customer! FYI, due to COVID, a mask was required during the exam, whether or not your vaccinated. The eye exam seemed to go smoothly and the optometrist explained the change in my prescription and was professional (Dr. Thier) I just have to rave about Dawn! Dawn was super friendly and helped me chose out a new pair of frames. She had a lineup of recommendations based on what I had wanted in my new pair and gave me her honest opinion, which is much needed with my indecisiveness. She talked me thru pricing and insurance. I picked up my new specs a week later (you do need an appointment to pick up your frames but I was in and out in 5 minutes) Dawn, you are the best! I will be coming back to see you! Keep up the great work ☺️
