Amazing service! The staff reply immediately to any and all questions and deliver on their promise to fix any pool issue. We switched to Marshall Spas and Pools two years ago and there is no comparison with our former pool maintenance company. We live over an hour away from Marshall yet receive personal, high-quality service.
Super nice employee. Willing to help with any questions we had. Didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Told us to call and tell him what we had and he would be able help get the tub up and going
Outstanding customer service! Kendall was awesome to work with and went out of his way to ensure I got my Yoder YS640! Appreciate all that he and MS&P did for me. Will definitely be back and will highly recommend them to others!
