As far as my haircut goes, I am satisfied, what I am not satisfied with is that the three employees,had no idea what the WIFI password was, so I wasn't able to login and use my coupon,one would think that a company who suggests online check in, would have WIFI available and the staff would and should know the password.

It's a Great Clips. They do a fine job and the people are friendly. They are a little short staffed and I recommend checking in via the app and showing up when it's your time. That's if your job or schedule allows it.

I will say that my boys have gotten decent haircuts the handful of times we have gone to this location.But I will not be going back. It's not worth the few saved dollars. There is one particular person (bright hair and lipstick) who works there who, every time, has been so cold and rude. Today, it was especially bad, and she was extremely passive aggressive. I felt extremely uncomfortable.Also, there was hair all over my 5 year old's neck and forehead after his cut from this woman.Once again, I am reminded of the benefits of local businesses.
