I'm from Maplewood, MN and I wanted to go to a local business. Tommy was in Maplewood and seemed affordable so I decided to give Tommy a try. Boy, am I glad I went to Tommy! Previously, I had been to a known name repair entity and was not happy with their customer service and attempts to upsell. My laptop was "stuck" before the set-up screen and would not boot up. On my own, I tried numerous self-help steps that didn't work and knew I needed someone who could complete a better assessment of the situation than me. I was very pleased with the Tommy's responsiveness and expertise to transfer all my data from my old computer to my new computer. He was fast and efficient. He helped me to set up my Windows 11 OS account settings and removed all the annoying "bloatware" that was preinstalled onto my new HP computer. He completed professionally in 90 minutes while I was in his shop, what would have taken several hours of my time to navigate, being a relative computing novice. Thanks Tommy!
Tommy knows what he's doing! My corrupted hard drive resisted multiple attempts to retrieve the data. But he was finally able to access and save it two days later. What he charged was more than reasonable for the time that was spent--I would have expected a LOT more. Thank you Tommy!!
