“First time visit was awesome. Very professional staff. My adjustment was perfect. Looking forward to my next visit!“
“Dr Eric actually lifts and doesn't just prescribe "don't do that" like other physios I've had. Fantastic experience rehabbing shoulder pain.“
“Amazing people!Amazing facility!Amazing results!Katie has given my knee and shoulder new life in only 3 sessions. 5 to go and can’t wait to see how I feel!Mr T“
“I have nothing but great things to say about HealthMax WBL. The clinic was very accommodating and got me in right away when I suffered a severe back ache that had me flat on my back for a week. Dr. Ty had me feeling so much better after just a few adjustments and completely recovered in approximately 6 weeks. Dr. Ty and staff are very friendly and professional.“
“This is a GREAT place! Very different from other gyms. They focus not only on strength, but the details that makes the strength happen. I've been a member at many different gyms throughout the years, but Fluid Health and Fitness is unique and worth every bit. I'll be staying here for a long time. And shout out to my trainer Russ D! I've worked with him for three years and I couldn't have achieved the successes I have with out him. I've also had physical therapy here and loved my PT Deb. She did a fabulous job!“
“Have had great care after two hip replacements. Mikhail is wonderful to work with. My husband also had great care there after knee injury.“
“Very friendly people, Blake my physical therapist really understood what I was going through, im looking forward to what's to come. I'll keep updating.“
“I’ve worked with Lance Leo for over a year. An amazing personal trainer and performance coach who is focused on helping me reach my best performance. He was flexible with my schedule as my husband I️ wintered out of state, scheduling remote sessions. He is instrumental in helping me reach my goals!! I’m in better shape nd health than I’ve ever been.“
“I've been coming here off and on for 5+ years, not counting 2020. When things are good, I don't need to go in. When things are bad, though, they're one of the best.I've never been disappointed or worse off for the experience. They're extremely flexible in terms of when and how you come back if that becomes a necessity, which is really great because other programs (at least for a specific range of issues) are far more restrictive. This place does focus and deliver on helping set and meet achievable goals, build up some agency, and learn a few new skills or hobbies along the way. Sounds like a little, and it doesn't feel overly challenging, but it adds up and it ain't nothing. The one thing I can see bothering some people is that many of the providers we meet with are students who aren't staying for long-- I think six to twelve weeks, some might be longer, before they rotate. It threw me off at first, and I do imagine it being hard for shy or very new people. Don't worry, though! Every single time it's happened, I was introduced to the new provider in advance, and they were willing to listen and learn while jumping onto the case 'in the middle of the story.'They really try to make the best of hard situations and a frustrating medical system. It's one of the only clinics that doesn't penalize me if my primary transportation fails, whether that means rescheduling or having to cancel, which can and does happen when you can't drive. As someone who had to leave another weekly program due to medical transportation's 'issues' causing a no-show a mere 3 times, this grace is unexpected and HIGHLY appreciated.“
“A great place to do your physiotherapy if you live in the area. Aaron is a knowledgeable and experienced therapist; he helped me greatly after my hip replacement surgery.“
“I have been working with Adam at Anytime Fitness Cottage Grove. I am working to improve my mobility for returning to school and standing all day. Love having a PT routine that I can do in my gym. Adam is very knowledgeable and a great teacher.“
“I went in with a stiff neck that we had been stiffed for more than a month. When I left I felt 110 percent better“
“So many older adults have life threatening injuries from falls that I feel it is critical to address balance issues while one is still able. Having had multiple head injuries over the last several decades, the injuries healed but my balance remained off. After testing and finding challenges in all three balance-related areas, I went through thorough treatments and therapies to address and significantly improved my balance. I want to thank all my therapists (especially Samantha Buhmann, OTR/L) for working with me to improve my balance. I can now stand on one leg for a minute or more and, as a result, hope to live a longer, healthier life. Thank you.“
“I hope I can start there as soon as possible the transitional care of that I'm in right now this is lacking highly in this field and also communication and nutrition.I had a wonderful staff at the Alina hospital but I highly doubt this is a facility that will keep me up to the status quo .I will also need to keep very clean hygiene due to open-heart surgery And this place offers one shower a week. They said at the hospital I'm doing so well I'll probably get out of transitional care in an extremely short period of time. It didn't take me long to figure out nobody knows what's going on here and nobody can give you any answers your left in the lurch. I am really looking forward to getting extremely positive outcome Found the courage Kenny rehabilitation center. I am sure they will show me the same professional here as they did in the hospital what a wonderful staff“
“Everyone at the Pain Clinic is awesome. They Answered all my questions and explained everything that I didn't understand.“
