“I always love seeing my provider here for my annual examination. Dr. Kelly is the best and I have known her for years - over 30 years. She really knows what she is doing and makes me feel comfortable. The one glitch is that I have had problems with scheduling and appointment making several times in the past, and now this time. In the past appointments have been changed last minute or changed when I had taken off work. This time I was scheduled for an ultrasound following my appointment for several weeks out. Then later that afternoon the office emailed me to say that the appointment had to be changed. When I called, the office told me that typically they like to see you right away. So, I feel like they need to train the office staff more to be on the same page in terms of communication so that things like this do not happen.“
