My daughter was seen by her a few years ago. During that time, she had developmental delay and speech delay and I told her that it is our biggest concern for her. She did not show any concerns for my daughter but suggest us to see help me grow because I asked for some resources. After the visit, I had to call back to the clinic to get a referral from her to see a behavioral health care. Since it was the pandemic, we had to wait almost a year for her to be seen. I was upset about it and had to reschedule to see another provider within healthpartners for her concerns.
