I have been a member of Fit 24 Club for 6 years. This is a great club for me for the following reasons: Open 24/7 with the security of card entry for members Free Motion weight training equipment (variety of positioning for strength training) Hand weights Variety of cardio equipment including elipticals, treadmills, and bikes Managed by friendly fitness trainer Never have to wait to use equipment Mirrors in the right places to monitor body positioning while strength training TV's available with radio dial in for listening on ipod Club is not too big, not too small Body Wisdom Fitness Studio adjoining club offers, at a discount to members, various classes including yoga, belly dancing, and martial arts.
