“Great experience with Steve Bruggeman and his team at Oak Realty. He was kind enough to make his initial visit with us on a Sunday to accommodate our schedule. He got back to us promptly with comparable properties and his recommendation for an asking price. He was willing to discuss his price recommendation and altered it slightly in accordance with our wishes. We loved that he took his own pictures of the cabin, including the use of a drone for outside photos and the use of a Matterport to create an interactive view of the inside. The fact that he takes his own photos allows him to be flexible about the day and time of the photos; in fact, he changed the planned day to be sure the weather conditions were optimal for the outside photos. He even came back to take additional photos on a later date to ensure that the views of our property were ideal. Steve responds promptly to texts and if necessary, replies to a text with a phone call. He utilized some of his many contacts in the Annandale area to help us have the property ready to sell.
